Event ID: 11

I get these Disk Error Event ID: 11. The driver detected a controller
error on \Device\Harddisk4\D. It claims that I have a failing cable so
I replaced all the cables and PSU since my brother had a 450w Antec
he didn't use but it still occurs! Also, I'm only using (1) hard drive at
this time but it still says harddisk 4. Anyone dealt w/this problem be-
fore? Any info is appreciated! Thanks, RK
