Transparent Menus, anyone?

Hey guys, I'm working on this program for about 2 weeks on and off, and just simply improving the code some and adding some features. If you're interested YOU MUST HAVE Win2k/XP.
Basically, you run it, check the menu types you want translucent (Startmenu, regular menus) and select the transparency with the slider, or use the Preset feature under "File" menu. For best effect you should turn off menu effects (Desktop->Properties->(win2k)Effects/(winxp)Appearance).
If you have any suggestions or want to report a problem please email me using the Contact me link under "Help->About" menu.
Hope you all like it :)
Get it here Here (Thanks Ebola)
If it errors saying that a component is missing get this (Thanks Ebola), and let it extract into the system folder, this is the component that its missing.
BTW, I'm aware of the light flickering it might cause, and i'm thinking of what can be done about it and hope will come to a solution soon. Enjoy :)

*EDIT:* Added "Run as service", you can now run the program as service without any icons or it being in the "Application" list under Task Manager, just click file, then select "Run as service". You can easily bring it back to normal mode pressing the Ctrl and Home keys for about 10 - 15 seconds. After that period of time the application will reappear and its icon will be added to the system tray.

on a side note, anyone who is good with icons, could you come up with a nice icon that I can use with this program? You will be credited in the "About" window.

I'm working on a program to make all the windows you choose translucent and menus, and taskbar. Basically all the visible stuff, hope you like this one, it'll motivate me to finish the other one faster :D.
