Looks interesting.
I don't have an ATi card so I can't test it and can't give you my opinion, but what are the benefit of this program over CCC or ATT?

First you have lots of tweak.. and second one SKD boost that gives you almost 20 to 30 % performance increase and is lite on memory :) so better performance :)
