My only suggestion would be to try the new beta and see if it solves the problem (please let me know).
Beta: http://www.alcpu.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=571
If it doesn't then it's a DTS problem in your CPU, and it's just deactivated on your processor.

The first is a screenshot of version 0.99.0. It has always read 49C, but I just started using it, so I assume it will change under load.

The second is a screenshot of version 0.99.4. It has always read 0C with a ?. Not sure why. Just started using it today as well.

Any insight? Based on what I have seen thus far.......

0.99.0 reads -49C, not 49C. The processor's DTS is not working.
0.99.4 uses a different way to calculate and display the temperature. "?" means the value reported temp could not be validated, and is assumed to be incorrect.

Next release may fix this issue, so be prepared to test it out soon :)
