Bug Report: Opening File drag down will disappear

My System:
Windows 2003 Server SP2
Coretemp 0.97.1

I found out that whenever i am running coretemp, the drag down menu of the opening file box will disappear quick.

For example,
Start->Run->browse->look in(on the top of the opening box), click the drag down menu, the box will disappear quick
