Periodic crashes when another program fetches from Temp Log

As said in the above title, i seem to get periodic crashes when i use a plugin in Samurize to fetch the data from the Temp Log file generated by CoreTemp. Here is the error code. If its not possible to fix this error code, would it be possible to implement a auto restart feature into Coretemp when it crashes?
