Do you want Auto-Refresh feature in GCPUID?

As the topic says, select Yes if you do or No if you don't.

Yes, we want auto-refresh :D

but more seriously - it might be useful in situations where CPU speed changes in time, useless in others.

Ok, Auto-Refresh been added. It only refreshes the CPU speed/multiplier/bus speed every 5 seconds.
