System tray icon disappears after suspend

I'm running Vista Ultimate SP1 on a new ASUS mobo with E8500. CT 0.99.3 starts from a scheduled task. (UAC is running.) If the system suspends, upon restart CT's process is running but the icon has disappeared from the tray. Attempting to start CT tells me that it's already running. The only way to ...

My E8500 with no OC idles at 29C and goes up to 35C with World of Warcraft running on my EVGA 8600GTS. (It cools down if I alt-tab out of the game, so it seems to be the video load that raises the temp.)

Vista Ultimate, 4 GB memory (3 sticks, 1+1+2 DDR2).
