I noticed the dev posted a link earlier in the thread to a windows certificate http://www.alcpu.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=5720&start=25#p14185 as a possible fix other than turning off secure boot. does that certificate actually get around the secure boot driver issue? and what exactly ...

I had this exact same problem with the exact same CPU. I ended up warrantying it with Intel and getting a replacement. Power reading works fine now. I'm not sure if the slow counters problem mentioned is a physical defect in the CPU or something else. But swapping the chip out fixed the issue for me.
