Polling at will
Is it possible, maybe with an add in, to query CoreTemp and get the average CPU load since the last query, and at the same time the current CPU temp? The time between queries would not be fixed.

Setting polling interval to 1 sec same as task manager, the the two sort of track. However if you set polling to 10X/second, when not running anything zero load value quite often comes up, in fact more often than seems possible so that average of 10 readings matches task manager. I am doing some performance diagnostics and need as little background activity as possible. I am accurately controlling CPU %useage in a stress test which is tough when other items take up some CPU useage.

Run In Safe Mode
when I tried to run Core Temp in safe mode, i got an error messages that driver did not install. I have the most recent revision, and it works fine in normal mode.
Is there a way to run in safe mode?
