Thanks for the reply. And that was what I was wondering and felt. Never had any issues with Coretemp before.

And, to keep you updated on this, Kaspersky did come back with another window, saying there is no threat, and is safe to restore it.

I have been using CPU Temp for years. Had no issues with it, and absolutely love it. However, something strange started happening. All of a sudden Kaspersky pops up with its red warning box. "Suspicious Driver Installation" Process (PID:1116:) "c\program files\CORE TEMP\TEMP.EXE"...
