In version 2.6 there is an option for 'highest temperature' and 'average load' graphs already. In a future version bars are going to be added as well. So after some configuration, the Core Temp Gadget as is will be able to provide it. yes, i already have vers. 2.6 on my computer...,,so let me know ...
